Wheelchair racer
Vladimir Lebedev was paralyzed from the waist down in a motorcycle accident in 1992. Past twenty years he has been self sufficient and has never given up. His desire to be a competitive athlete. He has never complained about his condition and has maintained a positive independent life style.
